The SafePac Equipment service case is designed to protect against dust and water, making it suitable for protecting high quality electronic equipment for mobile use. Perfect for individual custom-built assembly, with its comprehensive accessories the universal equipment service case can be configured for various applications.

The SafePac is constructed using two deep-drawn aluminum shells that are sealed with continuous aluminum extrusions. The lid is connected to the base with two hinges which can be removed without a tool. A Neoprene seal is inland in aluminum extrusion of the lid and is pressed to the aluminum extrusion of the base along one edge when the case is closed. The equipment service case has two lockable safety latches. The carrying handle is made of hard plastic and secured to the base.

The case consists of aluminum sheets sealed with continuous aluminum extrusions. Inlaid in these extrusions are Neoprene seals which ensure protection to IP 54/NEMA 12 when the case is closed.

The aluminum is finished with Nextel. For the universal equipment service case the paint scheme is anthracite gray and the 19" case pebble gray. The aluminum extrusions are clear anodized and the latches Chrome-plated.

Suitable for accommodating 19" sub racks and Chassis. 19" dimensions (84HP) or reduced to ¾ X 19" dimensions (63HP).
